Where are the rooms located?
Our house is located next to the Faculty of Economics and Business Maribor.
Payments:
Deposit for making reservation is 330 eur. Rent is 255 eur per person monthly (rent for at least 6 months). It includes all cost, 2x cleaning of common areas, unlimited use of the washing machine and internet.
How many people reside?
Eight people can reside in one apartment. It has one kitchen and two shared bathrooms. There are mostly double rooms.
Is there a kitchen? Do I need to bring my own dishes?
The kitchen has one refridgerator, stove and a washing area, the dining table and chairs, cupboards. It is equiped with the basic dishes, so you do not need any extra. You share it with other residents in the same apartment. You are required to always make sure the kitchen is clean after using it.
Do I have my own bathroom?
Bathrooms are shared. They are cleaned twice a week by a cleaning lady. You bring your own towels, soaps and cosmetics.
Which types of rooms are available?
The rooms are mostly double and one triple.
How are the rooms equiped?
There is a bed, a desk, a chair and a desk light, a wardrobe and a bookshelf provided for each person.
Do I need to bring my own linen?
Bed linen can be provided for you at the house or you bring your own.
Is parking available?
There are no parking areas reserved for residents, but there are public ones in the street and nearby streets which you can use and pay directly at the parking machines.
When is the housing center open?
The house is open through out the year.

Where can I see images of accommodation?
There are some pictures of the apartments on the web site www. erasmus-maribor.si, and rooms look alike.
What do I have to clean?
Cleaning lady cleans the common areas twice a week. You yourself wash the dishes after cooking, clean your own rooms and make sure the bathroom is clean after leaving it. You take the trash out.
The washing machine is available for you to wash your linen and clothes for free.
Do I need to send a copy of my documents for the booking?
Yes, when booking a room, attach a copy of your identification card or your passport.
